OPEN CALL: Become an ECO-promoter for the ECOIN-4VADU Project!

About the Project
EUROPEAN EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION is proud to be part of the Erasmus+ project “ECOIN-4VADU: Eco-Inclusion: Increasing the resilience of vulnerable adults through ecological education and circular economy.” Working with partners from Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, and Spain, our goal is to develop ecological skills and sustainable mindsets among vulnerable adults.

What is an ECO-promoter?
An ECO-promoter is a trained volunteer, staff member, or community leader who acts as a multiplier of sustainability knowledge. We are selecting 4 ECO-promoters who will:

  1. Participate in a 5-day international Training Course in Romania.
  2. Organize and implement local Awareness Campaigns for vulnerable adults in Greece.
  3. Act as an ambassador for environmental education and social inclusion.

Who can apply?
We are looking for 4 motivated individuals from Greece who are:

  • At least 18 years old and legally residing in Greece.
  • Staff members, volunteers, collaborators, or active community members connected to EEA.
  • Passionate about environmental education, sustainability, and the circular economy.
  • Committed to working with vulnerable adults (e.g., unemployed, low-income, migrants, refugees, people with disabilities).
  • Fully availableto participate in the training in Romania and to run the local campaigns.
  • Able to communicate in basic English (to participate in the international training; peer support will be provided).

Note: We highly encourage applications from individuals who themselves come from or have lived experience with vulnerable backgrounds.

What do ECO-promoters gain?

  • Free international training(All travel, accommodation, and meal costs for the training course in Romania are 100% covered by the Erasmus+ Programme).
  • Europass Mobility Certificateand a Certificate of Participation.
  • Practical experience in non-formal education and community organizing.
  • Networking opportunities with professionals from 4 European countries.

Because we are on a fast-track timeline, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please send the following documents to [email protected] by 31/03/2026:

  1. Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Europass format recommended).
  2. A Motivation Letter (max 1 page) explaining:
    • Why you want to become an ECO-promoter.
    • Your interest in sustainability.
    • Any experience you have with vulnerable adults or non-formal education.
    • How you plan to use this experience in your local community.
